Founded in 1983, CHAR MO MACHINE CO., LTD. is a Taiwan-based manufacturer specialising in motorcycle cylinders and engine components.

The main products are cast-iron motorcycle cylinders, aluminium alloy cylinders, modified cylinders, ceramic cylinder engine parts, big bore kits, performance cylinder kits and related engine components — for motorcycle repair, replacement and performance upgrade applications.

Materials and process

Cast-iron parts get a pressed liner and are re-machined afterwards — stable and wear-resistant. Aluminium bodies with a ceramic plating skip the liner entirely so heat leaves through the wall directly. Both run down the same line; only the surface-treatment gate differs, and they are gauged to the identical standard.

Our products are compatible with a wide range of international motorcycle brands, engine platforms and models, including Yamaha, Honda, Suzuki, SYM, KYMCO, Piaggio, Aprilia, Kawasaki, Peugeot Motocycles, Derbi and Minarelli.
